Job Description
- Work in a 24×7 environment (rotational shifts including night shifts).
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Voice Process – customer interaction through calls.
- 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off.
- No leaves for the first 3 months of joining.
- Languages required: Excellent English and Kannada or Malayalam.
- Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, and Operating System basics) is essential.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Interview mode: Face-to-Face.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or 10+3 (No pursuing candidates allowed).
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada / Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Freshers with enthusiasm and strong willingness to learn are most suitable.
