About the Role:
As a Software Engineering Intern at Hinge Health, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams on live projects across iOS, Android, and Web platforms. This internship will span from 6 to 12 months, offering you hands-on exposure to different areas of product development. You’ll engage in agile development practices and work on solving real business problems through coding, testing, and deploying features.
What You’ll Do
Write production-ready code and contribute to real-world projects.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team retrospectives.
Collaborate with experienced developers and receive dedicated mentorship.
Ship meaningful features, fix bugs, and handle technical improvements.
Contribute to automation, testing, and live site maintenance.

Hinge Health follows a hybrid working model. Interns are required to work from the office at least three days per week, while also enjoying the flexibility of remote collaboration. This model supports innovation and maintains a strong team dynamic.
Eligibility Criteria/Basic Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related disciplines.
Familiar with programming in Python and TypeScript.
Knowledge of cloud services, distributed systems, and AI/ML fundamentals.
Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Preferred Qualifications
Front-end development experience using ReactJS, HTML/CSS, and Python.
Backend programming with Node.js, Python, or similar languages.
Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging tools.
Participation in personal projects, hackathons, or academic research.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
